GeoScienceWorld Millennium Collection, published by GeoScienceWorld (GSW), provides a comprehensive Internet-based resource for research and communications in the geological sciences. It provides electronic access to full-text articles from high-impact, peer-reviewed journals in a broad range of geoscience areas. In time, additional journal backfiles will be added to the collection as well as additional journals and other information sources including monographs, maps, and datasets.
The collection is delivered through HighWire Press's Internet platform. All journals in the GeoScienceWorld Millennium Collection feature one to five years of backfiles and will be updated on a continuing basis.
Subscribers to the GeoScienceWorld Millennium Collection will also receive access to the GeoScienceWorld Literature Archives which features more extensive backfile archives for specific titles in the GeoScienceWorld Millennium Collection. The GeoScienceWorld Millennium Collection and GeoScienceWorld Archives are both fully interoperable with GeoRef.
